Returns and Refunds Policy

Maximum Audio Video has created this returns and refunds policy for web orders in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to quality customer service. Thank you for shopping at Maximum Audio Video. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product for a full refund. Before you return a product, please make sure that:

  • The product or products were purchased in the last 30 days
  • The product or products are in new unopened original packaging
  • Open items subject to restocking fee

Please email returns@maximumav.com for a return authorization and for additional instructions on how to proceed.

Damaged Shipment

For standard carrier shipments we must be notified (by phone or email) of any damage (or other problems) and have been provided with any and all additional information within 2 business days of you receiving your products. Once you have determined that the products shipped to you were received damaged, you need to notify us and the carrier within 2 business days.

At time of delivery, if the packaging appears damaged, please refuse to accept it from the carrier, and let us know immediately; or please make sure when signing the shipper’s proof-of-delivery slip (on deliveries requiring a signature), you include a note stating the package is or appears to be damaged.

Sale items

Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
